First time hatching babies and I was wondering with the black copper maran egg we just hatched is there supposed to be feathers on their feet at birth?

First time hatching babies and I was wondering with the black copper maran egg we just hatched is there supposed to be feathers on their feet at birth?

With my 3 Marans mixes, I only saw a few feathers on the feet of 2 of them, the third had feathers on the legs only. At 4 weeks they all have feathers on their feet, the first two have a LOT, the third has a minimal amount but more than when she was a chick. Not sure if that helps!
