its all underneath in corners as well. Thanks for input!

Not really sure if mold, or just discoloration. An easy solution is to wipe down with laundry bleach. Use a sponge, and WEAR RUBBER GLOVES. Avoid breathing the fumes best you can. An easy way to do so,,,,,,, have a fan blowing air at you,, so fumes are blown away with the flowing air.
When wood is dry, mold will not set in. Mold needs moisture usually to start growing.

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome

Before reopening our coop I sanitized with a garden sprayer. A mix of 50/50. Little mold around the window jambs that disappeared with in a few minutes. I sprayed the whole coop also just for a full sanitation, Let it air out a few weeks while the chicks were still in the brooder with no trace of odor when we moved them out.

hard to say .. 2gal pump up sprayer, about half a jug bleach the rest water, and spray the whole thing down ... id just let it dry dont rinse it .. do your walkways etc with the rest lol .. rinse the sprayer out good and run fresh water through it thoroughly, leaving bleach in it will ruin it ...
