Black or Blue?

I had these hatch out of splash roo over splash, black and blue---would you consider this blue or black? (for future breeding purposes)

It's blue. When you put splash over black you get blue, when you put it over splash or blue you get splash or blue.

theroretically I would think they'd be blue but I heard some people comment they've had a few blacks crop-out so I wasn't sure. They're much darker than the rest of my blues

They are just dark blues.

Looks like a blue to me..in fact very similar to one I have.

I have some Blue Andalusian and a Blue Jersey Giant. The top pic is a blue and the bottom is a black. I also have a splash andalusian which is a white chick that upon feathering is getting blue spots.
