Black orpingtons have dark legs with pale feet. My blacks have black legs, my blue and splash have dark slate colored legs. However all have pink/white feet.Cockerel. Very handsome young guy! And!
I agree with @KikiLeigh02. Black Australorp or Jersey Giant, an Orpington would have pale legs. You'll have to check the bottoms of his feet to tell for sure, but his stance and posture makes me think Jersey Giant. He'll be a very impressive rooster when he's older.

When I was looking for some new blood I ordered some black orpingtons from Sandhill. They are supposed to be really reputable with good birds. Here's a pic of one of the cockerels I got from them...
