It still is. What do you mean? Why are they a problem or a tell?I mean yellow eyes as in this picture of my Easter Egger... sorry if it wasn't a bit confusing
Yup.Brown-orange eyes.
Pretty birds.
Now I come to think of it, it's kinda creepy that most chickens have orange eyes....
Just took this picture of one of my Black Brahma boys, didn't process just how yellow they were until I took this. I agree, pretty scary'Americanas' and EE are the same thing.
Yellow eyes? Terrifying.
AHH!Just took this picture of one of my Black Brahma boys, didn't process just how yellow they were until I took this. I agree, pretty scary
Did you have them as baby chicks? How old are they now? Your 2nd picture reminds me of my black Australorp but mine has puffy cheeks too so now I'm watching this...I have 2 black pullets that have me stumped. I think one of them is a black sex link (first picture below) but I’m not sure. The other one I thought was an Australorp but she has fluffy cheeks so I don’t know.

Agreed!I would guess a black sex link and an Easter Egger.
Yeah I’ve had them all since they were a few days old. I always assumed she was an australorp because she didn’t have puffy cheeks when she was younger. They’re all around 22 weeks nowDid you have them as baby chicks? How old are they now? Your 2nd picture reminds me of my black Australorp but mine has puffy cheeks too so now I'm watching this...
