Black rosecomb bantam

Is this a roo? I was thinking he is because of the comb but I’m not sure. It’s about 7 weeks. I don’t know much about rosecomb bantams and can’t find comparison photos of pullets and roos and this age. Thanks!

I would say cockerel, but not really familiar with this specific breed. The saddle feathers look cockerel to me.
