Black Sex Link and Leg Horn - Rooster or hen

The top pic looks exactly like my "Lucy" and the sister is not as developed. I was concerned too that Lucy maybe  Louie... What are some other things to look for the males of this breed? Do yours make almost a honking instead of a clucking sound?
Thanks for posting, and they are such pretty birds.

If it looks like the top chicken there is no chance it is a cockerel since it is a female only color and I have many hens that honk

I could resist not sharing a pic... They are such a lovely breed. Lucy in the front loves the camera and Pecky in the back is more shy and reserved, but very vocal with the honking sound.

so it's easy to see the difference.

Hens start getting pretty vocal when they're hitting point of lay. Lots of clucking and carrying on.
