Black Sex-Linked Cockerels

I received my Silky chicks and my ducklings today and Ideal packed five black sex-linked cockerels in with them for warmth. I was going to try to keep my ducks and my quail on the 24% protein gamebird food--if I'm just going to process the sex-linked birds, can I give that to them as well, to ensure that they get plenty of meat on them, or is that too rich a food for them? Also, if I slaughtered them at 16 weeks, would that be too soon? Too late? About right?

that feed should be just fine. 14-16 weeks is just about right to process.
