Black Sex links ? and eggs

What age typically do black sex links start laying eggs? Also one of these sex links is developing a red comb and wattles. They were hatched around the 20th of April so they are around 11 weeks or so. Will pullets develop the red comb and wattles at that age?

None of my girls layed before 20 weeks, including the black sexlink - Poe. She's a reliable layer but didn't start until about 21 weeks...be patient!

Sex-links can lay as early as 16 weeks, but that is very early. My BSL stated laying at 18 weeks last year. My GSL's are just now 16 weeks and are getting redder by the day, so they will be laying soon.

Patients is no problem, I just wanted to make sure that hubby has the nest boxes built in time.
