black sexlink not laying

I got 3 BSL pullets from a kid down the road they were a 4h project. He said they had started to lay kind of sparaticly I think they are about 5 months. It has been a couple weeks since they got here and they are free ranging with my other birds. When should I expect them to start laying. I assumed they might take some time to ajust to new coop ect.

They will start laying when they feel comfortable and secure. Hey they are chickens they do what they want, lol!
We have 5 BSLs their laying has slowed way down with the shorter days.

I have 26 BS that hatched on May 29th that started laying in midOctober. As of this date I'm not sure all 26 are into every day production meaning they will not all started at the same time and lay at the same rate in the beginning. Give them time.
