All such little beauties! What a variety! Do you think several hens shared the hidden nest?
They will not be reliably feather sexed - right? Idk about fast and slow feathering for either. 16 is a lot! You have a farm with xtra space?
We do have the space. It's possible some may have used the nest but we didn't notice a drop in daily egg count like they were laying somewhere else. We have 3 salmon faverolle roosters and one dark brahma so there may be some of him in there too lol. 90% I'd guess have 5 toes like a salmon.
Ok. If that's the case then there are barred rocks, salmon faverolle, Russian orloff, silver laced Wyandotte, dark brahma and ofcourse black sexlink potentially having eggs in that nest lol.
