Duckling eye weepy and shut?

One of my female runner hens is closing her eyes and scratching them a lot. Any advice? I already have her separated with a heating pad.

Looks like she has an eye infection.

I don't have ducks, but if she were mine, I'd keep the eyes flushed/cleaned with saline, then put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes a few times a day.

Hopefully others will chime in with suggestions.
