Black silkie

Good afternoon all my chicken people still so excited to be able to share my chicken questions with y’all!
So my little black silkie here has blue tail feathers and some brown hairs around his neck. Is this normal? Or is he maybe mixed with another breed? I kinda thought he would stay all black but the older he is getting the more colors he is showing.
Also he’s a feisty little guy, got me good this morning but don’t worry I didn’t back down.

All healthy black or brown birds will have shimmery feathers.
