Black silveruud pullet or roo?

The black one in front, probably about 12 weeks old or so. Supposed to be a black silveruud pullet. The red spot on front is flat incase that’s unclear from the pic, not raised at all. We’ve had her 3 weeks and waddles have grown but the crest hasn’t changed, it’s been that flat red shape all along. So would you say yes this is a black silveruud pullet? Or yes it’s a pullet but it’s mixed breed? Or rooster?

The one in behind is a blue silveruud. She is probably a couple weeks older. Same farm. Farm also has French copper marans.

Just got this better picture. The colours on back are what’s making me wonder.

That's a rose comb (the flat red spot). And the black chick is a cockerel. The wattles (red under the chin) and comb grow early on cockerels. Pullets don't grow them until about a month before they start laying.
