I posted pictures of the 3 chickens I incubated/hatched a while ago- Now I am certain that two of them are cockerels, but I am still not sure about Adella, my black sizzle (who looks like a frizzle). I always thought of her as being a female, but recently, her tail has become very upright and her crown has reddened/developed more.
I really hope that she's a female, as roosters are illegal where I live, and I will have to find new homes for the other two soon. I don't want to rehome Adella until I know her gender for certain, but at the same time, I need to know as soon as possible.
Here are some more recent pictures of Adella (almost 4 months old). So..... is Adella a male or female?
She moves around a lot, so most pictures of her are kind of blurry.
All opinions would be appreciated!
