black spanish toms need loving

I raised turkeys this year and two lived from chicks. Their names are Thanksgiving (in the picture he is on the left with white in his tail) and Christmas (on the right with the black tail).
I had hoped for a couple but they ended up both being toms. So, I have been looking for hens but the only thing that has been for sale around me is white broad breasted hens.

Would they breed and do well?

Should I incubate the eggs if they do breed?

I don't want to waste my money if they will not produce but I also don't want to wait another 2 years to get them breeding.

Any information is great. TYIA
