It depends, if the Black is the tom and the Royal Palm is the hen, all the poults will be Tri-color Mottled Black.

If the Royal Palm is the tom and the Black is the hen, they will be sex linked. The toms will be Tri-color Mottled Black and the hens will be Tri-color Mottled Silver-tipped Blacks. I do not know whether there will be enough color difference in the poults to tell which is which at the time of hatching.
