Black spot in egg

I’ve noticed lately in some of my eggs there is a black spot. I do not have a rooster so it’s not fertilized.. any ideas ?? See pic ...

Very odd. Are you sure you don't have a roo or a neighbor roo? I'm not sure what else it could be in so many. Even meat spots are different.

I’m like 99% sure .. if I do there all older than 1 yr now and none crow.. several months ago I did have a Roo but we gave him away because I didn’t want any Roo’s...

Have you seen these spots in raw eggs?
Cut one of those egg right thru the dark spot...do some dissection, take more pics of what you find.
I suspect blood spots, which had nothing to do with fertilization.

I definitely will when I get home from work today.. But I did make deviled eggs with most them yesterday. I can say when cutting into it there was barely a gray spot on yolk. But I will get more pictures later. I'm glad to know my d'uccle is a female. I've always thought she was.

I don’t have any idea what causes that black spot, but I do know that back when I still bought store eggs when boiled I could see a “black” spot on some of them.
