My gold laced wyandotte is about 6 months old, and some time ago she got a small cut on the top of her beak. I didn't think much of it, as it stopped bleeding quickly and the other bird wasn't pecking at it. It bubbled up a little and got white, and I assumed it was better to let it go rather than try to cut it open again to drain a small blister. Today I noticed the area around it is black. It doesn't smell, it's not wet or soft, and there's no sign on it inside her mouth. She's not discouraged from eating, nor does she recoil when I touch it, and she's probably the one laying eggs, and has been daily for about a week now. Her poop is normal, and she's running around and foraging and still being the little bully she is.

Any idea what this is, or what I can do to help her?
