Black spot on egg

Okay, I know about the white spot on the egg. I am wondering why there are black spots on my yolks too. i thought I could get a quick easy answer, but nothing after looking all day.

I hit pay dirt this morning. Yes, it is just a meat spot.

I am updating in case someone finds my post, and is wondering what the heck to do about their meat spots. I have the girls on 16% layer. It looks like that solved the problem. I went from the first four eggs having good sized meat spots, to one itty bitty one, and an egg without.
There is a difference between meat spots and blood spots. Some people disagree, but after all the searching I had to do to figure this out, I see that there are different causes.
