Black Spots on Chicken’s Ear Waddles & Little on Base of Mouth

Her beak just has some mud on it but on her waddles, ears and at the base of her mouth she has the dark/black spots

I noticed it just on her ear one day but now it’s all over her face

It is getting below freezing so is it frostbite? She is the only one with it though

Or is is Fowlpox or something of the sorts?

Or does it look like she got picked on?

She is almost 8 months old and otherwise acting normal

Any help is appreciated

It looks like some bruising and cuts/scrapes, so she may be getting picked on.

Observe to see if she's being bullied or kept from food.
