Is this fowl pox or something else? Two of my hens have this

Dry fowl pox lasts about a month. No treatment is needed. It is best to not disturb the scabs, since they are infectious. Dried scabs that dry and fall off and become aerosolized, can be inhaled and spread pox to other birds in the coming months. Once birds have pox, they are usually immune to the same form in the future. There is a vaccine for birds not yet exposed. If you ever see a chicken not eating or drinking look into the beak and throat for any yellow lesions which could be a more rare type—wet pox. Here is some reading:
