Black spots on comb?

Hi all, I noticed one of my girls has several black spots on her comb. I know it is not frostbite because it hasn’t been cold enough for that. So this leaves disease or injury as possible issues. I would the benefit of everyone’s experience. Thanks in advance.

Fowl pox or could have been fighting.

Do you have a rooster ? Possible mating injury or fighting.

Looks like she was pecked or injured on the comb. I do not see any fowl pox scabs.

Oh yeah I see the difference between mine with pox last month and this other one yeah I agree with injury.

Very helpful everyone. No rooster, so not mating injury. But she is at the bottom of the pecking order, so injury sounds likely. Incase it is pox, how to treat?

Looks like injury.
I would just leave it alone.

Dry form of Fowl Pox is also best left alone and let it resolved on it's own.

I have the same thing with a hen, but very few black spots.
