In the last week, I have noticed several of my chickens getting black spots on their combs. We are in Southwest Oklahoma so it has not gotten cold enough for it to be frostbite. They eat feed from a local feed store and their water is changed daily. they have a large coop and an extra large run. They do not free range because of predators. They are all eating and drinking and running around just fine, but they are starting to spot on their combs and one has a bit of dry skin on its back and pulled a feather. Thoughts on what it might be?

Have you seen any aggression?
Now that you say that, my turkeys have been getting at them when I throw out scratch. But I haven’t seen much in the way of aggression other than that. And they all seem to be getting them at the same time.

Looks like they have been pecked at by other chickens imo.
It’s possible my turkeys have pecked them, I don’t see the chickens aggressive between themselves. But they all started showing up at the same time.
