Black spots on comb!

One of my hens has these black spots on her comb. None of the other hens (3 hens) have any spots. Are they from fighting or is it something else?! She isnt acting sick but they dont look like bites to me. Thanks for any ideas!

I'm far from an expert but from what I've read it looks like a fungal infection. Maybe someone else can weigh in on this. My chicken also has one small black spot, I put some antifungal cream on it.
