We're letting on of our duck hatch out her first clutch. The first one hatch on 5 a day early and the others are 2 days past the due date and are yet to hatch.
When we check them the morning we sow dark spots on the eggs two had feet looking spots and some look kind of like the body.
I only took pictures of one egg as my hen was very angry.

Have you candles them? That can sometimes mean the egg is dead and rotting. Also smell them, and handle with care. If they are past due they are probably no good.

I have candles them. I didn't see anything dut I'm not ruling that out. Non of them had a smell that I could tell.

If you know they have been incubated the full 28 days an I give them an extra day or two than discard.
We're going to give her tomorrow and then discard them if they don't look better since the eggs are already a couple days past the due date and she needs to tend to the hatched duckling
