Black swede having issues!!!

I have a male and female swede there was also two female pekins in the group but I have recently sold them to make room for my swedes offspring because I want to do just calls and swedes. Well I have tried everything to introduce the new ones. I put a pen in the duck yard for two weeks where they can see each other, I have put them in a pen in the coop they stay in to get used to each other. Everytime I ket then get together my drake attacks them. I know there is going to be some dominance pinches and bites and I have let him do that , but He is being vicious. Is it because it is mating season? Should I wait until later in the summer and try again? I have even introduced them outside of Ramseys territory to see if that would work and he still chases bites and pounces with a vengeance. any ideas?

This sounds like typical behavior when introducing. Are the new ducks similar size as the originals?
