Black tar poo.....should i be worried???

I have some silkies in a tractor and one of them has black sticky tar poo. just wanna make sure its nothing to worry about or if its a sign of something serious......any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Have you fed them black oil sunflower seeds recently? My hens start having black poos when they eat a lot of them.
