Black tinge on her comb

Ok. Maybe not very serious, but... just noticed one of our girls has a black tinge to her comb. She's a Black Star, one of a new laying flock that we raised from day old chicks. We've had layers for about 15 years... never seen this... the picture makes it look lighter. But it's noticeably dark.

Any comments are appreciated

Looks like it's just her natural pigment. Some breeds and hybrids have a Mulberry coloring/pigment to the comb, facial area and wattles.

As she gets older, the pigment may get darker.
She's lovely.
 
I was hoping so... all the others have bright red combs.
We lost a few from this flock, so I'm kinda paranoid...
