As long as you have adequate ventilation in your coop you should be fine. How much ventilation do you have in your coop with how many birds?

We don’t have good ventelation right now but we are moving my 2 chickens to another coop with excellent ventilation tomorrow.

Even with excellent ventilation, frostbite can happen in harsh climates.

By looking at that picture rooster is in I don't think it would be cold enough for frostbite. Like others have stated doesn't look like frostbite. And yes, adding your location to profile helps with advice tailored for you and your area.
