Blackberry Breed

We decided to call Black Sex Links, Blackberries. Their feathers are black and bluish, Red sex links are called Cinnamon Queens, Red Stars, and Golden Buffs, so Blackberries are what we call them now. What does everyone else think?

You know, you have a point, besides Black Star, is there any pretty name the hatcheries have given to the black sex links? They just seem to call them black sex links, hardly seems fair.

These are my Blackberries...

This one is called Blackberry that's how we came up with new breed name.


This a baby Blackberry Bantam, named Charlie (Charollete if its a girl)
