In the Brooder

I've screwed up. I have a small flock and let a hen hatch babies so we've got about 30 chickens now. I'd like to get rid of some, but no takers. I've also had a pair of turkeys for about 2 years and got my first poults via an incubator this year and some other from another bloodline from a friend. One of my young turkeys that's about 4 months old has a swollen face. I've separated her and put cayenne pepper in her water and food like I read to do on here, but I'm not sure if it's too late. Then tonight, I picked up one of the babies that I have in a brooder still, she's a little over 3 weeks, and she had a bubble sticking out of her butt. I jumped on here, found out it's a prolapse and that I could try to put it back. By the time I got some Vaseline and my husband and picked her up, it was already back inside her. Her underside is covered in white poop. I really want to save this baby as her mom has been missing for almost 4 weeks. I'm hoping mom is laying on a nest and will come home any day, but it's becoming increasingly unlikely. Jenny, the mom, was like our dog and she has always come home until now, so I want to at least save her baby. Is there anything I can do for this baby? And even if I get rid of my chickens, is my yard no longer safe for turkeys?
