I did a search and didnt see anything here about this yet.... I do not know these people at all, just have been hearing about it on the news. From what I can tell, the town is wrong. I know in NY you have to sign a waiver when you buy a house in an Agricultural area (Which I suspect most of the town of parma is!!) stating you understand you have no right to complain about farm noise, smell, etc.

I dont really know much more than is listed in the links below.... but I hope that someone here might be able to help save Blackie....

50 acres and the neighbors are complaining????? Geesh! IMO the complainers should move back to the city and listen to sirens and car stereos.

The article doesn't say how far away Blackie's house is from the neighbors that are doing the griping but surely somewhere on those 50 acres would be a place where Blackie can crow to his heart's content.

I have been following this some on the radio and TV. I haven't heard one person against it. They should win in the end. I'd hate to be the one person who complained. They probably are a little scared to complain now. I know one radio station that will drag that person's name through the mud if they find out who it is.
