Shrimp contains thiaminase which breaks thiamine molecules in half thus affecting proper thiamine absorption which will often lead to a deficiency, I would suggest stop feeding all these treats and keep them on just duck feed for a while, and see if the droppings change.

Closely monitoring them and their waste for the next few days wouldn't be a bad idea.

Okay. I'll try and post an update later. Thank you so much! This is the first time I get ducks so I don't know if I did anything wrong, but I just want them healthy ^^

It may just be a combination especially meal worms crickets and shrimp protein is the smelly stuff. Are they acting like they are sick? And did you see this just once or more? Even if they hadn’t had their treats yet doesn’t mean something wasn’t in the tract still.

They do not act like they are sick. They were normal like everyday before.
