Blackish/gray spots on one of rooster's feet?

I have no idea what this is. It's not on his other foot & not on any of the other birds' feet. What could it be? Is that normal?

Hope these pics show it up enough. It's the little spots/speckles of black/gray

Cannot tell from the picture, but my roo and hens get those from their dirt run, mud, they get water drops on their feet then scratch. Have ya caught him to look at them up close?

I had a barred rock crossed with something that as an adult had spotted yellow feet. It was his skin that was spoted. I suggest catching and taking a closer look to see if his feet/skin is colored or if its dirt/mud spots. A close up pic may help better identify what it is.
