Not sure what happened but chickens were all fine this morning, came to check them again and refill water and one my 3 month old hens has a spot on the top of her beak that is bleeding. What can/ should I do? Everyone else is fine and she is still drinking and eating.

Welcome To BYC

Looks like a minor cut. I've had chickens cut their beak like that by sticking there beak through fencing trying to reach something like grass. Check your feeder to see if there's any sharp edges. It's also possible another chick pecked her.

Usually I do nothing for something like this. Wipe off the blood and let them go. Watch to see if the other are bothering her.
