Bleeding chicken?

I went out to do my before bed check on my girls and I found that two of them where bleeding from their combs. On only seemed to have a small nick out of the top but the other had a pea size gouge out of her comb right over her eye she had blood on her head and some on one of the beams near her roosting spot. Nothing was actively bleeding. This is the first time I've had any sort of injury to deal with should I just leave it alone or what? I will try to take a picture of it in the morning. Thank you

I would try cleaning it with a warm washcloth. They may have gotten in a scuffle. I've never had to deal with something like this, so I don't know if separating them from the flock would be a good idea.
