bleeding comb with black spots?? pictures--

some of my chickens (especially single combed roosters) have gotten black/discolored spots on their combs. some of them the top part has completely turned grey! now i found a hen whose comb had spots like this is bleeding on one of the tips.

I believe that her comb is frost bitten.

The bleeding is from fighting and the black top of the comb is from frostbite. Treatment is Vaseline on the comb and wattles. For the injury's put neosporin on the wounds.
