Hi all,
my 14 chicks are about 4 months old. I let them out in the run this morning and all was good. they were out for about 15 minutes (I was with them the entire time) when I noticed my feathered footed male’s foot had blood on it. Upon inspection, one of the foot feathers had come out leaving a hole. I cleaned it and the bleeding stopped. I removed him from the run with the rest of the pallets except for a couple really friendly ones to keep him calm in their stall. What else should I do?
