Bleeding feathers

Her diet consists of chick starter, broccoli, grapes, cantelope, cabbage, oatmeal, hen tastic treat, chick cake
Seems to be an open wound from flapping her wings trying to get back on her feet,
9 Weeks? She should be getting off of chick starter and go on an adult fed to giver her the nutrients she needs and to prevent her body from getting hurt... I would take her to a vet or you can soak her wing in plain Epsom salts, dry her off, spray some poultry wound spray and wrap her wing. I would still advise going to a vet because there could be lots of reasons why this happened and only a vet can examine her, ask questions, and be able to diagnose and treat her... Hope she gets better!

She does not need to be going to adult feed. This is a 9week old chick!
"Adult Feed" if you mean layer feed has way too much calcium and usually too low of protein for growing chicks.

Not the layer feed. I mean by giving her more natural feed with the chick starter, kind of mixing the more natural feed of a grower feed ( Natural Herbs ) I know it kind of sounded different.. I meant more of something like grower feed

What?
Grower feed is usually less protein than starter or layer.

Chick starter is absolutely fine and is what the OP should be feeding chicks.

Thank you very much for your advice, I did clean her up with warm water and dawn dish soap how would I wrap her wing

I have a call into a vet hopefully they get back to me.

My 10 week old pullet is in a similar situation as your pullet. When my chick started growing in her wing feathers I noticed they were sticking out and she had her wing hanging down, as she got older it never got better. So last week we took her to the vet and he said that she broke her wing when she was smaller. (I think she broke it during shipping or while she was hatching) So while the wing was healing the bone thickened and and the supporting tissue had contractures. So basically her wing is paralyzed. The reason I'm saying all this is because my chick will end up on her back like your chick, I think my chick is tripping on her wing and that's why she will end up on her back. So your chick probably broke her wing so it's hanging down and she trips on it and ends up on her back. It also could be bleeding because she got her foot stuck on her wing and her nails cut herself. It happened to my chick, at least that's what I think.
Thank you for sharing, I'm not sure how long she was stuck on her back but I am guessing quite a while flapping to try and get over. I was able to run to her rescue when they were inside, she had a distress call, I may need to just keep her in my home at night. Her wings do move and it doesn't seem broken they just droop..

Looks similar to under my chicks wing. Here are some pics.
It does look similar. Do you think I should clip her flight wings , they seem to be the ones dragging on both sides?
