Bleeding Foot

Hey guys,
This is kind of urgent. I have a hen who has a minor wound on the top of her foot that is bleeding. I think I will just apply disinfectant and gauze, but has anyone else done it another way that worked well? Again, the injury isn't major, but I just don't want my other girls to peck at it until it becomes a major issue. Thanks so much.

it should be ok on its own just separate her until it scabs gauze may attract pecking as it is something new to them and remember nothing with pain killers
