Bleeding from anus area

I have 1 turkey (white) that is about 2 months old and it has been fine all along. Last night it fell into a small pool of water and we got it out quickly but I checked on him this morning and he is bleeding from his anus and it appears to me that the anal gland is coming out. Can someone please tell me what is going on with him? What causes this and is there anything I can do to make him better soon?
