Hi all,
So my grandfather-in-law have gave e his chickens about 3 days ago, when I first went to see them I noticed that most of the hens were missing feathers on their backs, so I moved the roo out in hopes that this was the problem. However I went down there just now to feed and water them and I noticed that two of them are now bleeding, so there must be something else going on. What could be causing the Bleeding? Some of it is where the feathers are missing but on one of them they are bleeding from the back of their necks.
According to my grandfather-in-law the coop is big enough but all the reading I have done leads me to think it isn't, there are 10 hens, could overcrowding be the reason for the bleeding?
Thank you for your help

Was there only one rooster for ten hens? With that ratio there shouldn't be that much overmating. How many have the missing feathers? If just a few it could be that the rooster had a few favourites the mating caused the baldness and then the hens have been pecking at the exposed skin to cause the bleeding. Chickens will peck at each others skin if it is exposed.
It also could be moulting. This time of year a lot of chickens go through a moult. Do they have some new growing pin feathers as well as the bald patches?

Pin feathers are the shafts that new feathers grow out of. If the pin feathers get broken, they will bleed. Sometimes hens will find this blood irresistible, leading to further feather damage.
