Hello and Please Help!!!

My 5 month old rooster Thorin has had red and inflammation at the base of his hair follicles on his feet and legs. It has gradually gotten worse and I can’t find anything like it online and I’m hoping for some insight to determine what this came from. After noticing it for a couple of days we started to use peroxide and neosporin twice a day for about 4 days - it seemed like it was getting worse so we switched to spraying it with Vetericyn Antimicrobial Wound Care and Blue Kote. He’s had 3 rounds of this treatment and I can’t tell all the way if it’s better because his leg is so purple now! He seems to be walking better though? I’ve attached some photos to help with determining what this could be. Thanks in advance.

he might have bumblefoot, but I'm not sure. the blood is almost certainly from another bird eating his toe feathers.
Poor baby - I don’t think he has the bumblefoot because I don’t see any infected spots or sores on the base of his feet. I also wouldn’t have considered them to be pecking at him because I never saw them doing it, but when it started to get worse and worse, and it was bleeding like that, it made me wonder if it was possibly happening in the coop. Thank you for your response.
