Bleeding nose

has anyone had one of their chickens nose bleed? We only have 1 in our flock that had this problem. We only noticed it tonight. I had thought that it might have been from being dry but our coop isn’t dry as we’re having warm temperatures and everything is thawing now.

Just looking for some input.

Are you positive that blood is coming out of the nostril?
Is it a lot of blood or just a speck?
