Bleeding tail 4 week chick

What can I do. One chick is getting bullied by multiple chicks. It has no more tail feathers. I washed with soap and water, because of a family allergy to neosporine we don't have any. When my kids get hurt, I wash with soap then put lavender oil on the wounds. Can chicks have lavender oil on them? It may deter the bullies as well?
I isolated it for about an hour to let it dry off from being washed, put it in to identify the bully and like 3 chicks 1 of which is super sweet to me began pecking at it in curiosity!

Please post some photos of the chick, the injury and where it's being housed (brooder?)

Here is a picture of the chicks tail. I will get one of brooder. I am thinking getting them onto their permanent housing may help keep them from boredom?

Yes, I would clean that an apply your ointment/oil of choice. This little one probably needs to be separated behind a barrier until she heals. She really needs to be near the others though.

I agree with you, if your outside coop/run is ready, then moving them to more space will help with the feather picking issues.

Ok. I got it covered. I looked up the ingredients for " pick no more" and it is actually essential oils and natural stuff.
After reading other post here, that said use duct tape, I used masking tape because it is tan like most of my chicks and sprayed the tape and butt with a few drops of oil that had been diluted in water. The spray I had made for my dog to keep him from peeing on things. It was (breathe blend) eucalyptus, peppermint, and a few others that are strong smelling for animals. I put the chick back in and the other chicks came up to investigate and smelled the oil and backed off. This morning I found the tape dangling off her tail and the wound is scabbed over and no more blood or red. The others seem no longer interested. I also added lettuce into the brooder for entertainment and distractions last night.
Shew! I knew something like this was coming and caught it relatively quickly and solved it with yall's help quickly. Thank you for the link on essential oils and chickens as well!
