Chickens and rooster with respiratory problems

I have two hens and two roosters with a respiratory crackly breathing and runny nose.
I’m treating them with natural remedies.
I put 3 drops vet Rx, 1/4,teaspoon oregano oil and 1/4,teaspoon of elderberry mixed with a quart of water.

The one hen is 2.yrs old and not doing well just standing head and tail down. The others are drinking and eating. The roosters are crowing and don’t sound as bad today.
I have them all isolated.
I found a chick that is 5 months old I had outside in the sun with another chick sneezing.
What can I do to stop this from spreading.
3 of the birds were in the chicken coop, the two roosters stay outside all night in different pens.
It has been very rainy the past few days.
All these chickens had just been tested for my NPIP and passed
Any suggestions?

What testing through NPIP did you have done. Respiratory or just Pullorum/Typhoid?

It would be a good idea to have some respiratory testing to find out what you may be dealing with if you are NPIP. Close the flock for now.

Respiratory illnesses are contagious, so it would be hard to keep them from spreading unless you have separate Bio secured areas/coops.

For the hen that is not well, is all of her symptoms respiratory or could she also be having some reproductive/crop problems too?
