What should I do for this blind chick? I really don't want to cull it...

From the pic I can't tell - but are the eyelids shut? If so, you may want to try some warm water to see if they are just stuck closed with goop. If so, perhaps there are some good, functioning eyes behind the lids...here's to hoping.

Ok I separated the lids and she still closes them right back up! the eyes look ok...I hope shes ok! She's one of my Cochins.

How old is she? A couple of my newly hatched chicks kept their eyes closed for quite a bit the first few hours after I pulled them from the bator and into the brooder. 24 hours later they were wide eyed and bushy tailed.

I would use the age old remedy and leave it along for now.....tomorrow at this time reassess. You would be surprised at how things can change when you are not worrying over it.

I would keep an eye (no pun intended) on the chick's eyes to see if the area around the eye dries again, or if there is discharge. They may need cleaning periodically for the first few days. Our old home remedy for eye problems was weak, warm chamomile tea washes. I'm not sure how that would affect chicken eyes, but it might be worthwhile to read up on.
