Blind Chicken Problem

I have a 23 week old BR who from what I can tell is blind or close to blind.
I don't know how well she will do when I reintroduce her to the other 5. She gets picked on and I am not sure how well she can find the food and water.
I do not have the time to baby her. She is currently in my basement in a 3'x4' brooder box. What should I do?

Should I try and find someone to take her? or cull her?
What would you all do?

i would probably keep her. do you have a gentle hen so she can have company.
build her another seperate coop..if possible.
