Blind turkey keeps jerking head in upward motion

So the baby is still doing fine the best I can tell I feel like it has slight vision in one eye I just honestly don’t know who which one but I notice odd behavior of slight head jerking in a upward motion

It's most likely due to the poor/no vision. It may also have other neurological problems.

It may or may not be serious. It can be as simple as trying to figure things out or it could be a serious neurological defect that will greatly shorten its lifespan.

Very unlikely that you can do anything about it either way. Just pay attention to what is going on.
